Graves E on a 0 second CD BUG & Nami Ultimate misdirection [Gameplay]

Graves is constantly allowed to spam his dash with a 0 second cd. He can dash around without mana too. For the Nami ultimate, I literally had my mouse on the enemy team and when i pressed R my ult went the complete opposite direction.

I lost so much lp to this shit and my mmr tanked so hard because of it. Please disable Graves and fix both the nami ult and graves problem.
