3vs3 on Summoners Rift? ( In a normal game) We had 2 Jhins BTW - Bug?

We had a Jhin mid ( enemy), and Jhin adc (My team) Are 2 Jhins causing people to crash or a bug?

I was playing blitz support when all the sudden our udyr and riven dced. I typed in all chat, "Our udyr and riven dced..." The enemy ADC, cait, then typed, " Shyvanaa and Jhin just dced too" So then it was a 3vs3, Jhin (ADC), Illaoi (mid), and I blitz as support vs Kha jg, cait adc, and sona support. Around the 19th minute, udyr reconnected but then dced after 2 seconds. I typed in all chat that udyr reconnected and then dced and cait said the same thing happened to shyvanna AT THE SAME TIME. 0.0 Udyr and riven dced the SAME TIME as Shyvanna and Jhin, and then udyr reconnecetd and dced the SAME TIME as shyvanna o_0 scary
