Didn't receive my Mastery 6 token

I have a mastery 5 lux and I received an S with it right now, but I never got my mastery 6 token. Do you only get mastery 6 tokens when you get an S in norms? Because I got an S with lux in aram.

Only SR normals and ranked matches can give mastery tokens.
