[GAMEPLAY] Cull/Minion Dematerializer - Killing a minion with dematerializer does not grant +1 gold

Part of the functionality of cull says that whenever you kill a minion you get +1 gold. However when you kill a minion using dematerializer you are not granted this +1 gold. It does take a charge off your cull toward the 100 CS goal, but you do not receive the extra +1. This may not be a huge deal since it's only 6 gold, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
