2018 snowdown stocking stuffer missing skin and emote

i got two stocking stuffers out of snowdown capsules. when i opened them it displayed all 8 items. but my collection is missing 2 of the items. one odyssey ziggs skin and one pyke emote are not showing up T.T what do i do. never had a store or loot problem in the past. i dont even see these items in the store or in my collection

I've got the same problem, I bought snowdown capsules got stocking stuffers from them and some of my gifts are not in my collection, I've managed to find one of the skins but I can't select the wards I received in champ select :'( (Edit : None of my wards and emotes from the stocking stuffers are in my collection and I don't have them in champ select)
