[Gameplay] Unusual font when running League on Razer Blade Pro

Dear Community and especially Riot,

During my game play on the Razer Blade Pro, I have encountered many problems with text. The size of your level (#) is too large to fit the appropriate box that it was given to fit into, and also other text such as gold, heal, summoner name, etc. Look abnormally large. Despite all the text being so large, the icons on the mini map are so minuscule it is hard to even see your champions face, and when I open the option or shop window, it is so small (including the item icons and their descriptions). It would be great if I could have as much help on this issue, and also how to fix if it is possible. There are pictures for reference. Also, I am running this computer on a windows 8.1, and the screen res is 3200x1800.
