[Gameplay] Siren Cassiopeia has the wrong death model

I was just playing a game as Cass when I noticed that upon dying, Siren Cassiopeia would have normal Cassiopeia's model. I was just spacing out staring at her crumbled stone body and noticed that her head was not the siren head.

I haven't checked other skins to see if the same thing happens to them and it isn't game-breaking or anything but I thought Riot might like to know about it.
