We won our game but I am stuck in the "game in progress" screen

Recently played a game which we won. Was taken to the screen which says "skip waiting for stats". I waited about 5 minutes then clicked the button. It took me back to the home page where I noticed I did not gain any LP from the win. I then closed the client and reopened. Now whenever I open the client it says "game in progress". My screen goes blank. After about 3 minutes I get an error and am taken to the screen with the "reconnect" button. I don't understand as I did not leave the game at any point, we won the game, and the game is over. Please help...
