Aatrox's passive and Fiora's Ult Interaction [GAMEPLAY]

I just played a game as Aatrox top and faced a Fiora Top. When she reached lv 6 it was in the middle of our fight and i was almost dead and she used her ult hit me once on the left then i died and my passive went off but her ult never acted like i died and then when it should have stopped showing the hit indicator it never went away, even if the ult was used on me again or i died. even if i died from the ult.
