1st Patch 99% error, then 2nd patch redownload forever and it works fine

So I never knew how to word this in a google search so I just stuck with it for the past like 30 patches. I never really cared but I am just tired of it now. Basically whenever a new patch comes out, big or small, I begin patching and right when it is about to finish, it errors out. Usually all I need to do is close it and relaunch league and the patcher comes up again and at 33% scans all files and later downloads whatever patch. The game works fine afterwards so I didn't really care and I didn't want to go through the trouble of looking through forums looking for a similar issue. But I am positive someone else has or knows of this issue. Please help so I can just straight through patch without having to wait forever for all the files to be scanned.
