is broken as in practice mode if you put refresh cds and you ult but run after about 1 second after casting it and you ult again in a different direction you can cast 2 ults or even 3 at a time because it finishes the last ult but keeps firing the ult you just did so you fire up to 3 of them at a time and it's stupid. This needs to be fixed otherwise someone is going to script and make it zero cd time and do this. It's like the lux bug league had except it all of them do damage. That link is to a file on your computer mate. We can't just access files on your computer. You need to throw that online on a hosting site or something and link that instead.
