Renekton's W does not properly generate Guinsoo's Rageblade stacks
Guinsoo's Rageblade 
generates 2 stacks for every melee basic attack. Renekton's 
W attacks 2 times (3 if empowered) but still will only generate 2 Rageblade stacks.

It doesn't stack with Sated's Devourer's Phantom Hits, Shyvana's Twin Bite, Warwick's ultimate, or from the extra bolts of Runaan's Hurricane either.
Most likely, generating stacks is considered an on-attack effect instead of an on-hit effect and this is intended.
Wow, this seriously needs to be looked into. While Guinsoo's Rageblade is more likely than not complete trash on Renekton, there is no reason that this bug should be preventing people from effectively using this item should they choose to do so.
