League no longer pops up when a match is found

It's happened for a while, it doesn't make a noise or pop up when I have another program open. Usually that's how I know when a match has been found, but I've already accidentally dodged a couple queues because of this. Luckily I was not punished, but it is a major inconvenience. I shall try to turn up the sound effect volume but I am not 100% sure that will solve the problem

Any others with this glitch?
