Blast Plant Threw Me Into a Wall [Gameplay Bug]

While playing a game with my friend we were leaving blue side base and running towards the river through the jungle when he hit the blast plant knocking us apart. He was fine but I was launched onto the blue buff wall and unable to move either direction to escape so I recalled to get out. It's more funny than game breaking but still thought I should report it. I've only encountered it once as I just finished the game a bit ago and haven't tried to recreate it.

The order in which I think it happened:

1. Running through jungle outside enemy base
2. Jumped using 'e' to ally Riven
3. Unsure if I landed or was still in the air but Riven hit blast plant
4. Thrown on top of blue buff wall
5. Unable to move and forced to recall (no ally was close enough to jump so I didn't try that)
