[GAME-PLAY] Minions Getting Stuck??

Hello, I was just wondering if other people have noticed minions getting stuck/stunned for lengthy periods of time. Once in awhile when a summoner targets or attacks a minion with a basic attack it will freeze. But this happens especially if that ability is one that stuns. Normally, the minions do get stunned if in line of fire, but to freeze up for more than 30 seconds is not quite right. Iv'e noticed this happening for about 2 months now, and thought it was just strange that almost every other game I play a minion just freezes up and cannot move. This can be anywhere from 30 seconds or more or until it is killed. I was just wondering if any other people have noticed this happening and would be glad if you can comment or post pictures/videos of this.
