connecting to server problem

ever since new patch sometimes not all the time i get this message: unable to connect to server ,or disconnected from internet.While my internet say 54 Mbps signal strength excellent . I've received buster warnings on both of my accounts (i started a new account so i don't afk on ranked or normal at 30th lvl)after a few tries and finally logging back into lol i get into game and everyone's lvl6 ,still get afk buster warning,might as well not have tried and called it quits soon as i get the connection problem message. any suggestions would be appreciated. thnx SLAUGTH.
