[Gameplay] Xayahs passive (clean cuts) cant destroy GPs powder kegs
While Xayahs passive (clean cuts) is activeted you cant destroy GPs barrels, feathers will go through the barrel.

Must be the coding/recoding they did with things like this. This is like Azir soldiers all over again
Encountered this a few days ago and legit lost the game because of it (it was late game and I would have canceled two of his teamfight-winning barrel combos, but because I had my passive up as Xayah, my auto did nothing).
Hope Riot has noticed and is working on a fix!
Also doesn't hit Yorick W and Illaoi tentacles when feathers are active
