Rune bug

I often encounter a bug on champion selection that can't let me edit my runes. Only the default runes are present and I can't make any new runes because of the bug. None of my friends have encountered the bug the past 3-4 months that I keep on encountering it. The bug is gone when I restart the client( from time to time I need to restart it twice or even three times for the bug to disappear). It's very tilting when this happens especially when you are on a ranked game and you are for example on promos and you can't doge the queue and you have to play with a set of runes you don't like/that doesn't fit on a champion. Please try to find a fix on this:) Thanks.
