Cant move or attack or chat in game but can see everything that's happening in game

Basically as the title tells i couldn't move or attack or chat in game.Happened twice once today and once yesterday. the problem doesnt get solved for long even if i dc and reconnect. Iam able to move suddenly for a while then again I cant move at all . I could chat after I reconnected again but still couldnt move.got banned cause of it 2 times already. Please solve this. Doesnt happen every game but still is annoying.
