Every few games my game tries to reconnect despite good internet

As the title implies, every couple games I will get randomly disconnected in the middle of the game and my champion just stands there in lane taking damage and or dying. My internet is fine, I've had skype calls not drop and I can alt tab and browse the internet. After quitting the game back to client I then reconnect and resume playing the game as if I didn't disconnect. I honestly can't tell whether it's the internet or some in-game bug.

Because this disconnection issue is becoming more frequent it seems. I downloaded the Hextech Repair Tool and after running it it told me my computer/internet is good. The Lag Report on EUW is telling me my internet is Great!

What gives? I have no idea what's causing the problem.

I did make another post but no one responded. It's also affecting my ranked games too, pretty much 1-3 games I "disconnect". But I try and avoid ranking for the time being...
