[CLIENT] Timer on low priority queue resets

When you are trying to get into a match and have low priority queue randomly it will reset the timer on the time remaining but still show how long you have been waiting. As well when the 2nd timer is finished it does not try to find a game it does nothing . I don't know how to make it happen but it does it randomly.
