[Crash]Shift Tilde Key freezes game until pressed again

I've recently experienced this very odd bug where I press shift tilde, and my game completely freezes until pressed again. It's a very simple step to get to this, but it is very annoying, as I have shift tilde for a mute bind on discord. Steps:

1. Get into a game of league of legends
2. Press Shift+Tilde on your keyboard
3. Game should freeze, hit same buttons again to unfreeze

I have talked to some friends and it happened to 3/4 of them and works everytime I press it. If you right click again after the screen freezes, the game looks as if it goes back to normal, but you have to tab out and back in again to be able to control your champion.

Fixed: Apparently, there was another discord bind conflicting with a current one, which just started happening recently. Credit goes to Noodaru!
