[GAMEPLAY] Annie -Stunning Enemy Champion(s) During Tibbers Enrage Causes Bugged Enrage State
On Annie, summoning Tibbers causes Tibbers to enrage as expected. However, if Annie stuns a champion during Tibbers' enrage state, instead of refreshing the attack speed bonus it will immediately reset Tibbers' attack speed to .625, the base value. Additionally, Tibbers' attack speed will then continually decrease over the duration of the new enrage, therefore causing Tibbers to temporarily go below his base attack speed.
