Not gaining LP when winning ranked 3's But still losing LP when loss

Three times now we've spent 40+ minutes in a grueling game to win and get absolutely no LP. The stat screen never comes up despite all 3 of us waiting 10+ minutes for it. Then the LP is never gained and the win is never recorded. Every single time we've lost it's always been recorded. This is making it hard and frustrating to try to climb.

The steps to repeat the process would be to just win a game and hope it happens I guess? It's always accompanied by the stat waiting screen never ending.

Edit: We lost one and we didn't lose any LP and were stuck at the waiting on stats screen. I guess it works both ways.

Edit again: Another win didn't get recorded once again. This is becoming extremely frequent and I can't find info about it anywhere.
