Bug about thresh

When Thresh use his Q to someone and he die before Q again, the hook will still on the target. We can see where is Thresh by his hook.

If the hook lands, and he dies before reactivating his Q or while the hook is on the target, they are still cc'ed for the duration because the initial cc already hit. Not a bug.
