The Hunt (Bug)

I was playing Kha'zix and the enemy had Rengar, we both hit 18 both we were visible many times but "The Hunt" never happened. With Rengar being my favorite champion, I am kinda disappointed that one of the rare times i get to do The Hunt, it doesn't happen.

Level only matters for Kha'Zix. All he needs is the third level in his ult. Rengar though, needs a certain number of either kills or stacks on his necklace.
