HUD missing

Every now and they, I have an issue where my map and abilities/champ display is missing (the whole HUD). In order to fix this I must reconnect to the game. Unlucky me having that the new client takes almost a whole minute to load up I managed to even get a "leave" surrender vote in my last game and now have 5 slow queue timers.... Pretty aggravating considering I was in my promos (and thus lost due to this).

Two things that could have prevented this issue: -Less intensive client (I've already switched to the lower mode on the new client and I have 16 GB ram) -No surrender if the person reconnects and no one has died (They all FF'd 3v2 when I was connected back early game) -And finally, fixing that dang bug!
