After match IP rewards dropping hard 5min after the end of match
Hello everyone,
I have a several issues I'd like to report. Since I'm not quite sure where to submit them, even after sending a request on the support page, here goes:

First there's no Portuguese language in the write a request support EUW page, in the language's drop menu. FYI Portugal exists, has a different language than Brazilian, it's in the EUW just next to Spain, and has the most western point on Europe, so there's no more Western European country than Portugal;

Secondly, my IP is constantly being decreased: after a losing or winning match I get a certain IP, some time afterwards that same IP is lower than it was before. For instance at 12:40 GMT+1 of today 29-04-2017 I had 7987 IP, at around 13:00 I finished one ranked match, which I won and triggered the first win bonus, I then had more than 8300, 5 or 10 minutes later, it dropped to my current value of 8063, meaning bye bye first win bonus, bye bye IP forever, because it has been happening for weeks now. I thought it'd stop but hasn't and it's seriously bothering me. Can you fix this? Can I have my lost IP back? This is unfair, as these abnormal conditions I have no fault of;

My Client keeps crashing right after I go to the game loading screen after the champion select is over;

My mouse and keyboard keep on failing spontaneously in-game and I've tested other hardware and my computer is pretty good, so it's the client's or server fault and is keeping me from playing accurately;

The Leaverbuster doesn't cover the situation where in champion select our teammates troll, say they're gonna troll and feed in-game, bans the champion you asked not to ban on purpose and were going to chose as the first selection of both teams, so there was no way it could have gone wrong, do I need to keep going, there's just a lot of trolling specially in champion select that if the troll doenst leave it's a lost match for everyone, and if you leave because you dont want to lose that match, your placed in low priority queue that for some reason or way I don't understand or know of, You'll just lose the 5 matches (has happened to me and my friends, it's not just me), because you'll be against smurfs or wordly hard users that clearly don't match your elo, for 5 games. Are we suppose to go mad or uninstall the game?;

The smurfs issue that for some reason the matchmaking process just can't detect and can get really unfair for everyone and demotivating, specially in you know you have a good team and the team did well all game, but if the other team has a smurf (which doesn't need to be fed) there's no chance, literally;

People like me who don't have the time to play hours and days to rank up, with these so many obstacles, my will is to uninstall this game, because I'd rather play a game that motivates me to get better, that is fun and not unfair to play, doesn't punish me for not wanting to play with trolls in my team/game (my precious time is not going to be given to others mocking or madness) as well as not crashing and stealing me my in-game points;
I'm really sad to be writing this as I feel like a victim of the game's faults and system. I hope you can sort most of these issues, as I feel like me, my friends and others are being harmed and not having fun at all. And I hope I can get my IP back...
