thresh auto attacks wont trigger charges of targons.. annoying as hell

Thresh's auto attacks are actually ranged instead of melee, so the melee execution below the 200 hp won't trigger, you gotta land real last hit.
My god, this is like the 768302862414945848623948129462843432878474883490 false Thresh bug thread I have seen already......
