Collection and RP balance completely broken

Basically, my RP balance and collection have been broken since yesterday. Items were automatically and instantly purchased/refunded, as well as some older ones randomly being refunded too. Gifts have (maybe) been sent to a couple people, including on my friends list. RP from what was there before yesterday + what should have been refunded - cost of "gifts" if they were actually sent out is nowhere near the right total. Basically, my collection and RP totals are shifting around without my input and are not summing to the right amount afterward, with none of the missing 3-4k RP traceable through any of the purchase/gifting history windows. This is on the NA server.
