Client Bug unlimited files at 33%

Every time i launched the league of legends client it comes up all black except the top part where it ways 33% and it starts counting up files i'm currently at 20,000 files and it non-stop keeps going i would really enjoy if u guys could help me i've already tried repairing it and that didn't work
