malphite e blue/red buff, animation bug

The bug was reported 4 years ago, but still not fixed so I repeat it. The e on malphite reduce the attack speed of blue/red buff, but not their animation, so the damage is always delayed. It is kinda funny, but in some situation, really annoying. Only happen with blue/red buff, not the others one.
