(PBE)- Akali's Passive will not work on her QorE in practice mode ( have not tested in normal game )

Hi guys, so recently I was trying to test out some of 's skins on pbe and I noticed that the passive will not work on her Q or e. I have tried default, headhunter and infernal skins so if you guys have any information about this please let me know ( sorry I'm a newbie so if somethings in the post is wrong please tell me so i could edit it). Thanks for reading guys
