Eternal Vision Bug

Vision of a player was given for the entirety of a game. My belief is upon death of them from ignite (the last tick of damage of ignite killing them, not killing them while ignited).

Our jungler died from Fizz's Ignite and the enemy team could see our jungler for the rest of the game. The enemy adc died from ignite and we could see them for the rest of the game. granted we were giving the short end of the stick - the jungler couldnt gank.

lost 22lp due to this bug.
