[Gameplay] Tower attacks champion from behind a wall

I don't have the means to test repeatability at the moment, nor did I happen to be recording when it happened.

I was playing Katarina in a bot game for first win and I did a shunpo to Morgana bot. Morgana was standing at the very edge of the wall in the purple team's red side jungle when I used my shunpo. She 0 reaction time snared me (stupid bots with unrealistic reaction times >.>) and I heard the turret aggro sound go off. I proceeded to take 2 turret shots and die while she ran away. Maybe shunpo put me inside the wall? I suppose it's possible that turret aggro was intended to reach just into the red side jungle, but that doesn't sound very likely.
