Honor system bugged.

Hello! my name is nongg, and I believe that my honor system is bugged! I haven't gone up one level since I got honor 4 early in the honor system last season. Ive played just as many / more games since then, and I have not increased in my honor (Been honored the same most games) And it does not say why. If I have for example a restriction from a ban warning, id like to know about why I have that, and IF I even have it.

I am pretty sure it is bugged too. Last year I was honor 5, but this year I have not moved at all from the starting point of honor 2, checkpoint 3.
