[Qualtrics Survey] Survey is Instantly Completed

I received an email about taking a survey from Riot Games. Naturally, I was excited to contribute (as I have in the past) and hurried home from work to take this survey only to find to my dismay MERELY CLICKING THE "TAKE SURVEY" LINK TOOK ME TO THE SURVEY COMPLETED PAGE. I did not have the glorious opportunity to answer any questions before the survey took me immediately to the completion page.

After some guidance from one of your lovely support employees, I attempted to clear my browser history, but to my dismay the issue was not resolved.
