Odyssey Missions do not progress

I unlocked Onslaught this afternoon, then logged off for a bit. When I came back, I found that the missions wouldn't account for progress. This is for the damage mission, where new damage isn't accounted for, and the cadets mission, where it won't acknowledge my victories on Jinx. So far this has only been on jinx, as she's all I played after I noticed this.
