[CLIENT] Upon Changing Masteries - Error Window Comes Up

The picture in the link is that of the Error massage, but all of that happenes to me in champion select, when i try choosing a different page of masteries or create a new one and then save it, this Error comes up. I have done a repair and this still occurs.

Any help would be much appreciated :)
