Anyone has problems loading the game?

I lost so many Lp theese days and it's like 20th time in low priority queue because when the game starts it doesnt start loading for me.. so i have to restart it and by the time i restart league my team allways remakes.. so i loose lp and get extra 5 low priority games.. that is so unfair..
