[CLIENT] No time to finish masteries/runes

So I've played alot of 3v3 lately but this only happened once. I was the last person to pick, but I was struggling to choose between Shaco and Trundle and suddenly the time was out and Trundle got locked because it was him I was hovering. But after that the game just started instantly, no extra 30 seconds to change masteries/runes. It just started and I got masteries and runes for Brand since I had no time to change. And our Yasuo got masteries for morgana (becuase it started earlier for everyone ofcourse)

1. Join a 3v3 Ranked Flex Game
2. As the last pick, don't lock and just let the time run out.

I've had this happen once, and that one time the game started instantly.
