[Gameplay] Zed Ultimate Damage

Zed's Ultimate makes sometime zero dmg and i dont get why. Does not matter if i load it up with spells and aa it does dmg sometimes and sometimes nothing. NO spells shiel, heal, normal shield or qss involved.
