Friend requests not going through!

I recently played a game with a really nice Ahri, and I wanted to friend her but she told me her requests might be bugged, and now none of my friend requests are being sent correctly!!! I really want to friend her so please let me know if there's anything on my side that I can do! Thanks <3

Do you have 325 friends already? Its the maximum. Do you have lots of blocked people and pending invite as well? Try and clean your lists as much as you can and see if i helps.
