[Client] Champ select overlay issue

I was unable to minimize the mastery page because the Evelynn portrait was stuck up (I had just banned her) on top of the X to minimize the mastery page therefore I was unable to pick a champ in my ranked match. This is not the first time I have run into this issue and it is very frustrating.
