Sometimes At Random I Can't Load Into Games

Yesterday I played like 7-8 games, but out of nowhere I was stuck on the loading screen one game. Every player was at 0%, but the game eventually started for everyone else. Then, I made a practice tool game and immediately got into it. Five minutes later, I queued up and got into new game, and there were no more problems. It never happened again until the next day (just 20 minutes ago). My internet is working and online the entire time.
