BUG about JG's wall

When i was playing in the jungle of the top side (the wall behind two stone monster),then suddenly my champ stop i cant move any more but i still can recall.Next , i can use all of my skills (for example "w" the ward ) and also can use . I am sure this is bug because i change the computer and restart.I lose my game .So i start a custom game ,and choose another champ but i still cant move .
