Blood Moon Yasuo Q Error

Whenever I first load into a game using the Blood Moon Yasuo skin, his Q generates a large black box with a white flash down the middle of it. It takes up around 10-15% of my screen and does this EVERY time I hit Q. Closing the client and logging back into the game resolves this. But this means that the first 2 minutes of a match I'm not doing anything besides logging out/in of the match. Has anybody else had this problem?
