Connection issue lol use only 20kb/s [Gameplay/Client]

So after last patch my ping is 250ms plus and the problem is that lol is not using my internet fully only 20kb/s this is due the latest update so i hope that u will find the problem and fix it.

Same here, plus problem with 4 new Demacia icons. Rito gave us aids in patch, as usual. [sg-ahri-1]
