I cannot change masteries in champion select when I go to change them. I try to delete the page but nothing happens and when I try to change the masteries they are frozen. I think it is the new client's lag but I do not know if it is just a bug and not lag. Can someone confirm if this is lag or not?
can they fix this shit it happens every time and its so crucial how does it take them so long to fix this

Second this; when changing something on an already existing mastery page, it won't let me save, even though it looks like the change from existing masteries was made.

It is happening to me too. I have Windows 10, and recently disabled game dvr because of bugsplat issues -which went away. I cannot change them in the collection tab. It shows a mastery page with the wrong name. But I can edit my rune pages fine.
I can't even change masteries out of a game, this is crap. fix it.
its not lag, I am having the same problem as well, I went into a game as support Leona with ADC runes and mastieres because it locked up and wouldnt let me change it, and the only option I had was to dodge or try and fight it out. Luckily Ekko never loaded so we got to remake.
