Zac with 3 lives bug

So basically as we killed zac while he was ulting and was perma cc'd, we popped his passive but he came right back alive with 25% with his 4 blobs still laying on the floor, then we killed him again and he came RIGHT BACK ALIVE again with 85% HP. btw this was a ranked match and the whole team was annoyed and confused*[zombie-brand-mindblown]*
